- 3 Tbsp wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1 teaspoon honey/sugar
- 1 egg
- Dash of coconut oil (or substitute with olive oil)
It’s simple: throw everything into your favourite mug, mix it up, and microwave for 1-2 min.
